Retrieval Application
You fill out a quick form with some information to help you identify yourself on our system.

Instant Basic Access
After the system verifies your information, and with help of One Time Password on your phone, you are given access to basic access, this will have all the “nuts and bolts” but not sensitive information such as bank account #s or SSN etc

Full Access Process
The confidant will have to upload the required documents to get full account access. Full account access will be granted after a 14 calendar day waiting period from the time the required documentation is submitted in full.

You are done
At this point, you should have all the data. All data will be deleted from download servers after 30 days and you will have to begin the process again.
